Customers will be picked up on Monday for garbage, Thursday for recycling OR Tuesday for garbage, Friday for recycling (schedule is determined by location). We can collect from the curb, driveway, or garage.
CHANGES IN SCHEDULE
When there is a schedule change due to a holiday or inclement weather, we will send out an email with the schedule change. Our emails come from Netcomm@trashbilling.com. We suggest adding this email to your address book/contact list so our emails don’t go to spam. Please be sure we have your email on file. In addition to posting the schedule change on our website, it can be found on our Facebook page as well.
We are typically closed for 6 holidays each year (New Years Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day). If a pick-up day falls on one of these 6 holidays, the pick-up is not cancelled, it is just moved to a different day.
The safety of our drivers is our priority. We do our best to collect all of our customers on their scheduled days. However, due to inclement weather, we are occasionally forced to alter the schedule, sometimes without much notice. Please keep in mind that weather and road conditions can be unpredictable. We appreciate your flexibility and understanding!
Tips for inclement weather and the days following a snowstorm:
- Please be sure your road/driveway is clear of snow and ice
- Please be sure your bins and paths to bins are cleared of snow/ice and are accessible to our drivers
- If you are able to bring your bins to the curb, our drivers would greatly appreciate it
- If anyone is not picked up, our drivers either deemed the road/driveway to be unsafe at the time of collection, or the bins were not out early enough. In that case, the customer will unfortunately have to wait until the following week.
